SB&T Landscapes provides a range of landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn care, garden maintenance, landscape design, and hardscaping. The specific services will be agreed upon between you and SB&T Landscapes before any work commences.
Any quotes provided through our Website or in person are estimates only and are subject to change upon inspection of the property or further discussion about the project requirements. A final quote will be provided in writing before any work commences.
We will make every effort to provide services at the agreed-upon time. However, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The fees for our Services will be as quoted to you prior to the commencement of any work. All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
For small projects, full payment is due upon completion of the Services. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. Ongoing maintenance services may be billed monthly or as otherwise agreed upon.
If any payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient for you.
If you are not satisfied with our Services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SB&T Landscapes and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any content from our Website without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We warrant that the Services will be carried out with reasonable skill and care. If any part of the Services does not conform to this warranty, we will, at our option, redo the relevant part of the Services or refund the corresponding portion of the fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB&T Landscapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Website or Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services that are the subject of the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
